Taiwan’s lush Tung Ting mountain is home to its namesake “frozen peak” tea. Growing at elevations up to 3,200 feet produces a prized jade oolong that is light and fresh, with floral high notes and a soft buttery finish. Be sure to experience the beautiful nuances expressed in multiple infusions.

My favorite tea. I was so excited to find this tea online. The place I used to buy it no longer carries it. If I could only have one tea, this would be it. It is fragrant (floral), smooth, and refreshing and is good through multiple infusions. A little goes a long way. It is good hot or iced, sweetened or plain. November 20, 2013
