Just not the pure coffee and delicious flavor anymore I used to love the original flavored Vanilla Coffee via packs. The flavor was delicious coffee and the best vanilla but these new latte Vias are a whole new animal. Whatever chemical that has been added has destroyed the good flavor of coffee and vanilla for me. I feel the same about all of the "Latte" vias. I am so disappointing with Starbucks. I put the ones left in the package that I couldn't finish for my co-workers to enjoy and ended up throwing away a couple. One person tried a pack but no one came back to claim the rest. I get the feeling Starbucks has people sitting around with nothing to do but change the good products into something else. What's wrong with sticking with something good?! What if not everyone wants powdered latte vias? I am just one person who is probably meaningless in the big Starbucks picture but you have lost me as a via customer! bye :( November 17, 2014
Great tasting latte Love this product. Best Via product on the market except for the seasonal Peppermint Moca latte at Christmas time November 4, 2014
Curdles! I have to agree with the other reviews that these are prone to curdling. The first one or two that I made were very good but all of them since then have been disgusting. The powder curdles and or sinks to the bottom so that you feel like you are chewing on powdered milk. September 11, 2014
expires within 2 months We ordered this as we LOVEEEEEEEEEE These as they are so creamy and so easy to make. Well this time when we ordered these they EXPIRE IN 2 MONTHS . We are very unhappy and wont be buying this again ! They should tell you they are expiring that SOON ! August 8, 2014
Curdled Coffee I love most Starbucks VIA products, but I have to say that this one needs to be shelved and not sold to customers. The ingredients do not dissolve in hot water; you're left with floating, curdled dairy powder. July 29, 2014
