Floral aromas and a juicy acidity with hints of chocolate and brown sugar.
These select beans are cultivated on the slopes of Mauna Loa in the Ka'u region, which borders Kona on the island of Hawaii. We've limited this offering to peaberries, or single rounded beans, which are found in less than 10% of coffee cherries. Peaberries must be meticulously hand-sorted, but our experts love their uniform roast and concentrated flavors.

I drink coffee black now. It has been an adjustment. This coffee is incredible as is. It needs nothing. No bitterness or aftertaste. I really like it.
After experimenting with different grind fineness and brew strength, I cannot justify the price of this Hawaii Ka'u Peaberry over good ol' Costa Rica. It may be that my taste for Hawaiian hasn't developed. I've found the Panama Reserve is brighter and tastier, and a better value for my taste buds
Peaberry is the best coffee money can buy, although it's getting a little pricey.
