The El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Mexico’s Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains is one of the world’s most biologically diverse areas. A refuge for rare wildlife, it also provides a lush environment where these bright, complex beans thrive on the Nuevo Mexico coffee farm.
Distinguished by its citrusy elegance, this coffee is a labor of love for the Baumann family. For three generations they’ve cultivated the land, intent on producing a premium coffee while preserving the precious habitat.
