Fazenda Apucarana sits atop the mineral-rich dome of an unformed volcano. The trees, strategically placed arabicas chosen to withstand temperature extremes, are evenly exposed to sunlight throughout the day for uniform crop maturity. The finished cup is sweet, citrusy and elegant—a reflection of Delarisse's precision and care.
