Stainless Steel Tumbler - Green, 20 fl oz
Flip lid seal problem
The flip lid is very hard to close and seal (a small hammer helps).Once it is sealed, it is so hard to open that when pressure is applied, it pops open suddenly spewing coffee all over. Also applies to the new gold 20 oz tumbler with the same lid. I recommend this tumbler because it holds a venti and keeps beverages warm for a long time. Just don't plan on using the flip top seal.

Use & Care
I've had mine a few years. It worked great for a few weeks.
Then,I started experiencing the leaks,so many others have commented on.
A reviewer mentioned the rubber seal in the lid.I found the seal, cleaned it,and the entire lid with an old toothbrush with a few small drops of hand cleaner.
Let's face it folks,we sometimes have sugar, flavoring and..?? It builds up.Mine has worked flawlessly since I've remembered to clean the lid,and seal every week or so.

Terrible, leaks. This is my third tumbler from Starbucks and they all leak. Tried to give it no stars.

I saw this at my local Starbucks and bought it based on its large capacity and cool looks. I sooo wanted to like this tumbler. It doesn't look like a typical insulating mug, yet it keeps my chai super warm for a long time while the outer surface stays cool to the touch. But, as others have mentioned, it started leaking almost from the get-go. It only lasted through a few hand washings before it began bubbling around the rim when the lid was tightened. Within a few more days it was literally gushing out at the seal. I returned it to my store and bought a different type that I like less (boring black, smaller capacity) but it actually functions. :(

Excellent sealing tumbler, keeping liquid piping hot for several hours.
I read a lot about leaking tumblers, and was glad mine did not - until it started leaking. The reason was a black rubber seal that got out of place in the lid. One can hardly see the seal, given that the lid is black as well. Putting it back into its rim solved that leaking issue.
