Just bought this and I have to say, if you want a cold drink to stay cold...this is the cup! Love it!
I was super excited to get one of these at a local Starbucks. I bought the gold one but now I'm worried about it getting scratched up and looking bad. I hope I don't regret not getting the plain one. Anyways, it kept my drink really cold, however and so far I think I'm the only one who doesn't care for the straw. First sip and I smacked my front tooth into the straw. Besides that it felt really strange sipping through a hard metal straw. After hitting the tooth I decided to use one of my plastic straws.
I use for hot and cold, its stainless its supposed to be used for that isn't it?
My hubby loves this cup.... Says "IT'S THE BEST THING IN THIS WORLD" keeps his drinks cold. Likes the fact that it's stainless steel.
The stainless steel cup is a great addition to my collection of Starbucks cups. Keeps my drinks cold for hours and looks nice doing it.
this is a great product, the cup keep my beverage cold until my drink it gone. love the stainless steel straw it makes the drink taste colder than the normal green one does - possibly because it is stainless and doesn't absorb the cold drink as the green straws seems to.... compare the two and see what i mean.
Keeps cold drinks, with Ice longer than any tumbler I've tried and tried many !!!! I searched for this tumbler at Starbucks, so I made it my mission to find more, Starbucks online only !!!
I would love to see this in a 24oz size! Love the stainless steel!
The lid is a piece of plastic covered in a stainless steel sheet. The steel sheet covering will detach from the plastic part after a couple weeks. When you hold on to the outer covering to tighten the lid, it will endlessly keep on spinning so there won't be a tight seal, hence, your drink will spill out.
Keeps my drinks VERY cold and love the cold straw while drinking, too! Fits into my cup holder in my car (mine is particular) so I really like this tumbler. And, the lid won't crack like my plastic one did.
