How do I cancel my Roastery subscription?
You can cancel your ongoing subscription at any time by calling us toll-free at 1-877-421-9062, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. You can also contact the customer service team by email. Prepaid 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions cannot be refunded.
How do I locate my tracking number?
The tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email. For gift subscriptions, both the purchaser and recipient will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
How can I pause my Roastery subscription?

When will I be billed each month?
For ongoing subscriptions you will be billed when your coffee ships. For 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions you will be billed up front for the complete subscription period.
Why is my coffee being shipped by ground shipping?
Your coffee is best 8 days after roasting so the beans have a chance to degas. By ground shipping your coffee will arrive at your doorstep ready to use.
How can I change the number of bags I receive in my monthly subscription?

My shipment was damaged. What can I do?

Grind your coffee according to your preferred brewing method. You can take your coffee to a participating Starbucks® store and we will help you choose a custom grind for your preferred method and grind it for it for you for free! Where will my coffee come from?
Your coffee could come from coffee-growing regions in Latin America, Africa or Asia Pacific. The coffee will be expertly roasted at the Starbucks Reserve® Roastery and Tasting Room in Seattle.

How do I subscribe to other products?
You can sign up for recurring deliveries of select Starbucks Store products, saving you the time and effort of logging on to place each order individually. The items you subscribe to will be delivered to your door as often as you like. You can manage your subscriptions online, including scheduling deliveries and modifying your orders.
