This caramel-infused iced latte topped with a drizzle of rich vanilla cream is as simple to make as it is delicious. Here’s how to balance the flavors perfectly.

Iced Caramel Latte with Vanilla Cream Recipe
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- ½ teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ cup or 2 shots espresso (we recommend Starbucks® Espresso Roast)
- ½ cup ice
To make the vanilla cream:
Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla and granulated sugar to a medium-sized bowl. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until it achieves a thick and creamy consistency. Be careful not to over mix, otherwise you’ll end up with whipped cream.
To prepare the iced latte:
Add caramel sauce, brown sugar and brewed espresso to a large glass. Mix together until combined, then add ice. Slowly top off with about ½ cup of the vanilla cream. Serve and enjoy.
You can store extra vanilla cream in the fridge for 3-4 days.
