Returns & Exchanges
We appreciate your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are processed as a refund of the original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product. Any gift item shipped to you from Starbucks Store may be returned. However, funds will be returned in the form of a gift card to the customer who received the gift(s). Returns for orders originally purchased with a Starbucks Card will be refunded in the form of a new Starbucks Card.
How do I return a package?
Fill out and include a Return Form in a package with all items you wish to return. For your convenience, a pre-paid return label was provided in your shipment. If you are re-using the package you received, please cover the old shipping label with the pre-paid return label.
